I’m so excited about the new cardigan that I’m knitting. The pattern is Harvest by TinCanKnits. It’s free and it also comes with a tutorial on how to knit it. Perhaps you’d also like to check out their entire Simple Collection of free patterns for beginners in knitting.
I’m making it using cotton yarn instead of wool and I will probably make it a bit shorter. I’m adding buttons and perhaps a fair isle motif at the sleeves. I started sketching a simple design but I ‘m not sure if I’m going to do it or leave it plain and simple.
Speaking of sweaters, I don’t believe I have showed you pics of my first sweater. It has a ton of mistakes but still I wear it with pride! More details about it on my Ravelry project page.
