This is the second brooch in the series of crocheted branch brooches and this time I used the brass branches, which were cast from real twigs.
I have crocheted several “seedpods” in various colors and slightly different shapes.
After the piece was gold plated, I decided to attach the terra-cotta and teal seedpods. But the next one is definitely going to be made with the vivid blue pods. Here’s the final piece:
