New metal clay pieces after firing

These are the metal clay pieces that I started working on yesterday, after the firing process. You can see how they look before and after the application of the patina.

A picture presenting the original specimens that were molded and the metal clay versions:

I want to work more on the urchin and make a hollow form piece. This one is a domed circle with chrome diopside, which was fired simultaneously. The other specimen is a sage leaf, which gave a very deep texture. I also molded a buxus branch, a shell and a small crocheted flower.

Now I have to decide what I’ll make with these pieces and I love it that there are so many options!
