Making custom cuff bracelets

These are some doodles that I initially made, to help me decide on the pierced design for two custom cuffs that I needed to make.

Here, I have carefully pierced the chosen designs and the cuffs are almost ready:

After filing, sanding and forming on the bracelet mandrel, this is how they look now that they’re finished. Both of them are around 1.5cm wide and they’re made entirely from sterling silver sheet.

Today another wonderful online exhibition was also launched on Crafthaus, called “Piece Progressions”. The exhibition in curated by jeweler Miriam Rowe and various jewelry and other craft processes are featured, starting from the initial concept and moving towards the finished pieces. I’m very honored to be included in this exhibition by documenting the stages of making my Home Sweet Home ring. You can view this exhibition here.
