Just in time before christmas, we had a lot of fun making bells at the Chalkis Jewellery School, where I’m attending regular weekly courses.
Bells are not just percussive instruments. Their symbolism and meaning may vary in different cultures but according to tradition, bells are supposed to protect us by dispersing evil spirits in the air.
I love playing with them and listening to the distinct sound each one makes. I’ve made a quick video just to show you how addictive playing with these stuff can be! Now I’m making some more to give to my friends for the holidays.
