These are two new crocheted pillow covers that I’m making to brighten my couch!

The first is made by connecting granny squares into a big square, which was then sewn on a pillow case. Here, you’ll find the pattern for the maybelle square.

For the second one, I’m crocheting these wavy lines in shades of blue, using the ridged chevron stitch. There’s a great video tutorial over here. I have tried a couple more chevron patterns before but this one I think I like better. By crocheting through the back loop you get a much more interesting texture on your fabric.
