During the last few days I’m having huge problems with my flexible shaft. Despite my attempts to fix it, the hand piece is broken beyond repair. I’m hoping that I will be able to replace it with a new one next week. Until then I’m trying to avoid making work that would require heavy use of the flexshaft.
But I did make a sterling silver toggle clasp and also a bead by stamping, doming and soldering two silver circles. I combined them with aquamarine nuggets and tiny hill tribe silver beads to make this bracelet, which is going to be gold plated.
Other than that, I practiced the square knot as a way to make adjustable length bracelets.
I like the versatility of this design and I’m sure that more will follow. I usually stack them and wear them simultaneously.
