Clear cut diamonds are a thing of beauty of course but usually I ‘m drawn by uncut and rough stones. This is why these blue/grey rough diamonds caught my attention and I had to have them! Diamond is the birthstone of April, perhaps another reason to love them since I was born in April.
In continuation of the birthstone ring series, I made a new ring with 14k yellow gold and my adjustable sterling silver branch band.
I used the second diamond to make a prong-set silver stud earring, which can be worn alone or with other rough stone stud earrings.
If you have multiple ear piercings, it could also be paired with a tiny gold or silver pebble stud earring. In fact, now that I think about it, I’m going to make these pebble stud earrings very soon!
