Today I found this unfinished cross-stitching project, which belongs to my mother.
I was impressed by the intricate design and the meticulous work. I’ve been thinking of making a series of embroidered pieces either on metal or fabric for quite a while now. I spent a few quite moments improvising and playing with the embroidery floss, also thinking of ways to combine these samples with metal.
Who knows, maybe this is the beginning of something new and exciting…
