I got a few new gemstone strands – faceted amazonite, jade and coral. Their colors were difficult to resist, especially the blue/green ones!
The first piece that I made is this bracelet, where the flower toggle clasp is both functional and decorative.

I like the idea of a beautiful gemstone strand finished with a distinct handmade clasp each time and I have sketched a few more alternative versions. So maybe this could be the start of a new series.
