Cancellations
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I usually need 1-4 working days to prepare your order. In case more time is needed it will be mentioned in the description of this particular jewelry piece.
Shipping services
All orders within Greece are shipped with a courier service, which usually is ELTA courier. All orders outside Greece are shipped with Hellenic Post via registered mail. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
