After giving it a little thought, I decided to finish the oval earrings both ways. I like the simplicity of the earrings without the stones but I also love the playfulness and the little dash of colour that the gemstones add.
I think that purple amethyst and emerald green jade make a nice combinations but, really, the colour options are endless and often overwhelming!
After completing the earrings, I moved on making the ring.
Speaking of options, I wanted to see how the crown ring looks with an oxidised finish and a dark patina.
I kept one for me, I’m wearing it on my index finger and I’m loving it! I hope you do too!
